3. Decking & Underlayment
Any compromised decking boards are replaced. We then install a high-quality synthetic underlayment system before any shingles or panels go on — providing a secondary water barrier even if the surface layer is ever compromised.
4. New Roofing System Installation
Whether you choose Owens Corning architectural shingles, Gerard stone-coated steel, or a Mueller metal panel system, every fastener, course, and detail is installed to the manufacturer's exact specifications — a requirement for warranty activation.
5. Flashing, Ridge, & Ventilation
